Lijiang Fang

Lijiang Fang was a VP of Engineering at Microsoft responsible for Bing Ads Systems, mostly focusing on platform and infrastructure technologies throughout his career. His in-depth experiences span Cloud Computing (Autopilot), Big Data platforms (Cosmos), and Online Serving (Bing Index Serve and Bing Ads Delivery Engine). Lijiang also built and led other platform teams, including Object Store, Index Generation, Knowledge Graph, and Data Mining. He has a proven track record of recruiting, retaining, and growing strong teams and delivering high-quality, high-performance, and high-impact systems. In recognition of his contributions, Lijiang received the 2013 Microsoft Outstanding Technical Achievement Award.
