Praveer Kumar

Praveer Kumar, an avid technologist with deep expertise in digital advertising, email marketing, and financial technology, was the co-founder and Chief Product, Technology, and Technical Operations at Finxera (formerly BancBox). He oversaw the conceptualization, design, implementation, and technical operation of the company, which was ultimately sold to Priority Technology Holdings (PRTH) for $425M in September 2021. Apart from his in-depth domain experience in the Fintech space, Praveer's core competencies include architecting and building highly scalable, high-quality, and high-performing systems using teams across the globe. Currently, he serves as the President of Product, Technology, and Technical Operations at GuardHat Inc., the next-generation Industrial Internet of People (IIOP) platform.
